About the Position:
We are looking for a veterinary nurse to complement our team.
We want a passionate nurse to implement their high standards of patient care and have the capability to fulfill surgery, hospital, pathology, treatment, floating and reception shifts.
This is a hands-on nursing role; you will need to have the skill set and confidence to place IV catheters, set up fluids, monitor anesthetics to a high standard, do basic pathology (IDEXX), have a high standard for patient care and love all things nursing.
About you:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician Degree or relevant experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred. However, we invite applications from trainee nurses as well.
- Well-rounded veterinary nursing skills or a willingness to learn
- A genuine desire to provide a high standard of care to clients and their patients
- Commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture and continuing to improve and grow our clinic.
