We are a well-established and progressive mixed practice veterinary clinic offering general veterinary services for patients in Dalby and surrounds. We have a fun team and enjoy working together and learning from each other. Dalby & District Veterinary Services has a long history in the local community and is the combination of Knox Veterinary Clinic and Bell Veterinary Clinic- with years of providing veterinary services to the local community.

As part of the Apiam Animal Health group of regional and rural veterinary clinics across Australia, Dalby & District Veterinary Services prides itself on having a great relationship with clients, customer satisfaction and going above and beyond in patient care.   

  • Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face.  
  • Welcoming clients and their pets to the clinic.  
  • Managing appointments for clinical staff.  
  • Liaising with vets and vet nurses to ensure efficient daily scheduling.  
  • Processing invoices and payments.  
  • Ensuring a neat and tidy presentation of the reception and waiting areas.  
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role is essential. 
  • Vet clinic or animal care industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential- having an affinity for animals and their care is most important.
  • Must genuinely love helping clients, have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have a mature approach for tricky conversations! 
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.   
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively contributing to a team environment.
