As part of the expanding Apiam Animal Health group of regional and rural veterinary clinics across Australia, Fur Life Vet Albury is committed to enriching the lives of animals, people and the communities where we live.
We are a progressive and modern small animal clinic in the heart of Albury.
We have a friendly team of vets and nurses with a mix of experience and skills who enjoy a collaborative work environment.
The clinic is well equipped with in-house laboratory, full X-ray and ultrasound facilities, modern surgical theatre, and advanced monitoring equipment. We offer general veterinary services and surgical referrals for patients in the Greater Albury region.
About the Position:
We are looking for experienced veterinary nurses with the right cultural fit to join our team on our casual rota.
This position could move into a part time or full-time opportunity in the future.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about implementing their high standards of patient care and can fulfill an allrounder nursing position including hospital, consulting and surgical duties as well as occasional reception cover.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician Degree or demonstrated veterinary nursing experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with well-rounded nursing skills and experience
- Commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture and continuing to improve and grow our clinic.
